Spring 2006

No you can't bring that mini into the house!

Here's the first new addition of the year.
Spirit had her filly on Feb. 7, 2006.

If we pose for this picture will you feed us?

Here's our Valentine's Day baby-Sahara. She came to us from
Wyoming!
Sahara is a F2 hybrid camel (1/2 Dromedary and 1/2 Bactrian )
We made a special stop on our way home from church. Thanks for making our day
Jenna!

Jerusalem Market Place
What an awesome way to celebrate Easter!

Precious had her stud foal on April 12, 2006
He's so small he looks stuffed!

May 6, 2006
Welcome Big Joe!
He's the newest addition to our ranch, BUT he's the largest. He stands over 7' tall and
gives a whole new meaning to a gentle giant. Joe is a 7 year old Bactrian/Dromedary cross
who loves everyone especially if they have treats.

We bought Oscar at an exotic auction on 4/1/06 in Mt. Hope. When we got him he was on a
bottle, now he thinks he's a dog. He sleeps in the garage on our shoes, eats the dogs'
feed and oinks at you when he sees you coming. He gives a whole new meaning to piggy back
ride when he plays with our real dogs.

Robert is trying to get Dana to play ball with him.
July/August 2006

Nothing like the girls from the ball team taking a camel ride
with Robert driving!

You might as well act like a ham when you catch a fish all by
yourself but it's too big for you to hold.........

You don't have to go to another continent to find aborigine children.
Just stop by our farm after the children have been playing in the mud!

This is the only place that I know of that you can mix a swim suit and mud boots
and no one thinks twice about it.

I told you Oscar thinks that he's a dog.

Furrier in training. Next time you need your horse's feet
trimmed just call
Robert (AKA The Lone Ranger)
Fall 2006

You never know what you'll see when you come down our driveway.

Ever been kissed by a llama? Beck has-daily! Sparky thinks that she's his mamma
llama.

Coaty (coatimundi) playing after Wee Worship on Sunday morning.

Jen and the Lone Ranger at the Christian Family Trail Ride at Round Lake.

This is better than a hammock.

It's time for a heart to heart.

And I thought donkeys were stubborn...........

There's nothing like trying to swing with company!

I'll smile IF you feed me.
What a fun way to spend Thanksgiving!
